Criteria For Admission

•  Sufficient space must be available for the student to be enrolled in their appropriate year level.
• All required documentation has been received, including an Crescent International School family questionnaire, the medical records, and previous school records, and any other documentation as relevant within the UAE, such as a transfer certificate from another school.
• A fee of AED 1,000 has been submitted, per child, which is to be deducted from fees owed once the place has been accepted and refunded if no place is offered.
• Prior records are deemed sufficient and authentic.
• The student will be given priority for an available place if any of the following conditions apply: the child is the offspring of an educator employed in the school, a sibling of that child is accepted to the school and is attending. The offer of a place is first-come-first-served for available places, and proximity to the school is considered.
• Acceptance of a placement offer is provided in writing by the parent or guardian within a given deadline, accompanied by the registration fee of AED 1,000.
• In case of dispute/concern about whether an offer will be made, the application is referred to the Academic Review Committee.
• In case of learning needs, as a condition of acceptance, parents will be informed and will be asked to sign a pledge committing to pay for extra resources necessary to support their child in their education.
• The child will be admitted on this understanding and assessments will be made during the first term to determine the exact nature of additional support required and thus the additional charge to be requested.
